So if an item arrives broken, we will work with you to expeditiously handle the claim through A to Z Gifts. If you are not satisfied with the product we will ask you to mail it back to us and when it arrives, we will gladly refund your money. Here at A to Z gifts we believe in customer service. We have studied the shipping rates for the Postal Service, UPS and FedEx Ground to determine the cheapest and best way to ship your order. How an order is shipped is depended on how much it weighs. If the order weighs less than 3 pounds it will be sent Priority Mail. If it weighs more than 3 pounds, it will be sent FedEx Ground. We only add $0.55 handling fee to cover our costs of packing. We do not believe in trying to make extra money with high handling fees.
